Where do you source from?
Our sourcing focus is West Africa, and in particular Ivory Coast and Liberia. We are commercially based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which is where enquiries and coordination run from. Not every commodity is tied to both countries - tell us what you need and we will discuss the origin that fits.
How do I request grades, specifications or pricing?
Use the enquiry form or message us on WhatsApp with your commodity, the grade or form you work with, indicative quantity and destination. We confirm what we can currently support rather than publishing fixed specifications we cannot yet stand behind for your order.
Can I ask about a sample?
You can ask, and we will tell you honestly what is possible for your enquiry. We do not promise free samples, fixed lead times or availability in advance - a sample request simply prepares that conversation.
Does submitting an enquiry place an order?
No. An enquiry starts a commercial conversation. Nothing is confirmed until specifications, terms and documentation are agreed directly with you. The website prepares your message and hands it to WhatsApp or email - you send it, and it reaches our team there.
